US start today to build your first line of bullet train

São Paulo - The California is the most populous state of the United States and also the one with the largest economy - if it were a country, would be just behind Brazil in the world rankings.
The state now will play host to the first line of high speed train in the country, which starts being built today in the future station of the city of Fresno, in a ceremony broadcast live on the internet.
The first phase, to be completed in a distant 2029, is from Los Angeles to San Francisco, today pa skyway small distance busier (and more delays) of the country.

Its advocates point out that the state's population continues to grow and congestion on the roads consumes $ 18.7 billion of savings per year. The cost of building new airports and highways to meet the growing demand would come out still more expensive than the bullet train.
Not to mention the environmental benefits of reducing the emission of greenhouse gases in the 66 thousand direct jobs created each year for the next 15 years and the efficiency gains from improved connection between two of the largest and richest cities in the country.
China, for example, only built in the last decade about 12 thousand kilometers in bullet train lines, more than all the rest of the world combined. The plan is to double this number by 2020 and continue exporting and funding this technology to projects in other countries.
In Brazil, the bullet train project between Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro is alive on paper , but there is no indication that will be implemented.
