 O Rio Nilo deságua num delta no Egito no Mar Mediterrâneo , cujo delta avança 30 metros por ano sobre o mar . Proponho a construção e um Pólder de ilha artificial chamada Novo Egito    defronte ao delta do nilo ,para criar um canal de água doce chamado Canal do Egito  de Alexandria ate o Canal de Suez , defronte ao canal de Suez seria criado outro canal de água doce chamado Canal Afro-Asiático que teria 50 quilômetros  que seria continuação do Canal de Suez ,posteriormente seria construído um segundo pólder ilha artificial chamado Novo Sinai  defronte á Península de Sinai  e no meio se criaria um Canal de água doce chamado Canal de Sinai entre O canal Afro-Asiático e  Gaza ;na divisa Gaza com Egito seria construído um Canal aqueduto para levar água doce ate o Rio Jordão , com isso aliviar o problema de água.

 Os Pólder aliviariam a superpopulação já que poderiam ser desenvolvidos programas agrícolas,ecológicos,urbanos e turísticos   .

 O Pólder Novo sinai teria limite defronte o a divisa Gaza-Israel ; um terceiro Pólder poderia ser construído defronte a Costa de Israel chamado de Novo Israel, um canal entre pólder dividiria Líbano de Israel  , um quarto pólder cujo nome seria Novo Líbano  seria construído entre a divisa Líbano e Chipre e um quinto pólder que seria chamado de Novo Chipre . Com isso poderia se criar um reservatório de água doce  ajudando Egito ,Gaza,Israel,,cisjordânia,Líbano e Chipre pois com os pólder se criaria canais de água doce comparável com o IESELMER de holanda que era um mar e se converter num lago artificial de água doce
